Nature of the service
Vegas Repair Connect is a lead-generation and referral service. We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee home-service work. Independent providers are responsible for their licensing, insurance, certifications, pricing, availability, warranties, legal compliance, and work quality.
No guarantee
Submitting a request does not guarantee contact, service, a particular provider, price, schedule, or outcome. Submitting a contractor application does not guarantee acceptance, exclusivity, or any number of leads.
Partner terms
Accepted contractors are also subject to the separate Partner Lead Agreement, which explains lead definitions, prices, billing, replacements, shared and exclusive delivery, pauses, and cancellations.
Contact and information sharing
Information submitted through this site may be used and shared as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent to calls or texts, including by automated means, is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information and not misuse or disrupt the website.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vegas Repair Connect is not responsible for disputes, damages, or issues arising from services quoted, scheduled, or performed by independent providers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
