PARTNER TERMS

Partner Lead Agreement

Effective September 4, 2026

This agreement applies when Vegas Repair Connect accepts and activates a contractor as a lead partner. Submitting an application does not activate a company. We will confirm acceptance and the activation date in writing.

1. Independent businesses

Vegas Repair Connect provides lead-generation and referral services only. Each partner is an independent business and is solely responsible for its licenses, insurance, employees, estimates, prices, scheduling, permits, warranties, customer contracts, legal compliance, and work.

2. Free trial and prices

The first three qualified leads delivered after activation are free. After the trial, the introductory prices are $40 per qualified plumbing lead, $55 per qualified HVAC lead, and $75 per exclusive emergency lead. Taxes, if legally required, may be added. Any future price change will be provided in writing before it applies.

3. Qualified lead

A qualified lead is a genuine consumer request containing a usable name and phone number, a service location within the partner’s accepted coverage area, and a requested service the partner has agreed to receive. A lead is not guaranteed to answer, schedule, purchase service, accept an estimate, or become a completed job.

4. Shared and exclusive delivery

A regular plumbing or HVAC lead may be delivered to no more than two partners. An exclusive emergency lead is delivered to one partner during the stated exclusive period. If that partner declines the lead or does not acknowledge it within the delivery instructions, Vegas Repair Connect may reassign it after notifying or attempting to notify the partner.

5. Delivery and response

Leads may be delivered by phone, text, or email according to the partner’s selected method. The partner is responsible for monitoring that method, responding promptly, treating consumers professionally, and honoring all communication and telemarketing laws.

6. Weekly billing authorization

Before the fourth lead is delivered, the partner must complete secure payment setup through our approved payment provider. The partner authorizes Vegas Repair Connect to charge the saved payment method once each week for qualified leads delivered during the prior billing period. An itemized receipt will identify the delivery date, lead type, and amount. Vegas Repair Connect will never request full card details by email, text, or the partner application form.

7. Replacement requests

A partner may request a replacement within 72 hours of delivery for a disconnected or invalid phone number, duplicate lead previously delivered by Vegas Repair Connect, obvious spam, an out-of-area request, or a request for a service the partner did not agree to receive. A lead is not replacement-eligible merely because the consumer does not answer after delivery, chooses another provider, cancels, rejects an estimate, lacks funds, or does not purchase service. Approved requests are normally issued as account credit or a replacement lead rather than a cash refund.

8. Payment failures and disputes

If a payment fails, lead delivery may be paused until the balance and payment method are resolved. The partner should raise billing questions with Vegas Repair Connect before initiating a chargeback so the records can be reviewed. This does not waive any rights available under applicable law.

9. Pausing or cancelling

Either party may pause or end the relationship by written notice. Cancellation stops future lead delivery but does not erase valid charges for leads already delivered. There is no monthly contract or cancellation fee under these introductory terms.

10. No volume or revenue guarantee

Vegas Repair Connect does not guarantee any number of leads, appointments, sales, jobs, revenue, profit, territory, or uninterrupted availability. Acceptance may be limited by service area, capacity, quality concerns, licensing, or business needs.

11. Customer information

Customer information may be used only to respond to the service request for which it was provided. Partners must protect it, limit access to personnel who need it, and not sell or reuse it for unrelated marketing without lawful permission.

12. Records and acceptance

The submitted application, recorded acceptance of these terms, delivery records, invoices, credits, and written updates form the parties’ business records. Electronic acceptance is intended to have the same effect as a signed acceptance.

13. Governing law

This agreement is governed by Nevada law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
