Vegas Repair Connect is a lead-generation and referral service that helps people connect with independent home-service providers. We are not the contractor performing the work.
Information we collect
Customer request forms may collect a name, phone number, ZIP code, requested service, urgency, and consent preferences. Contractor applications may collect company and contact details, license information, services, service areas, experience, availability, insurance confirmation, and other information the applicant provides.
Partner billing information
Approved partners receive a secure payment link from our payment provider. Vegas Repair Connect does not ask partners to submit full payment-card details through this website, email, or text. The payment provider processes and stores payment credentials under its own privacy and security practices. We retain billing records such as invoice amounts, lead details, payment status, and the last four digits or other limited payment identifiers supplied by the provider.
How we use and share information
We use customer information to respond to requests and may share it with relevant independent local service providers. We use contractor-application information to evaluate and communicate about potential partnerships. We do not sell information to unrelated third parties.
Contact consent
Vegas Repair Connect and/or relevant service providers may contact customers about their request by phone or text. Consent to calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You may ask to stop being contacted at any time.
Retention and choices
